What is QuadPay?
QuadPay is a payment platform available at checkout that allows you to pay for your G/FORE purchase in 4 equal, interest-free installments, using a credit or debit card.
How do I use QuadPay?
Just choose QuadPay as your payment method at checkout. If this is your first time using QuadPay, you’ll be prompted to create an account. The first 25% of your order will be charged to the card on file within QuadPay when you hit “Place Order”. The remaining balance will be split into three equal installments that are automatically charged every two weeks following your initial purchase date.
Will I be notified before I am charged for an installment?
Yes, QuadPay sends out payment reminders via SMS and email before each payment is charged.
Who can use QuadPay?
In order to have an account with QuadPay, you must:
- Live in the United States of America
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have a valid and verifiable mobile phone number
- Assign a valid credit or debit card to be used for purchases
What information does QuadPay ask for and is it secure?
QuadPay is PCI DSS Compliant making it completely secure. To receive the benefits of QuadPay, you’ll need to provide the following information:
During Initial Account Setup:
- Date of Birth
- Mobile Phone Number
- Either a Debit or Credit Card
All Subsequent Uses of QuadPay:
- Mobile Phone Number and text message verification
Is there a hard credit check?
No. QuadPay never performs a hard credit check and there is no impact on a customer’s credit rating by using QuadPay.
Is there a limit to how much I can spend with QuadPay?
QuadPay does not approve every order. Approval and spend limits with QuadPay vary based on an automated system that takes into account multiple factors. Building trust over time with the system (primarily by making on-time payments) typically leads to higher spend limits.
For instance, if you are a repeat QuadPay purchaser and have made all your payments on time, there is a good chance you will receive a higher limit than somebody who is a new customer.
QuadPay also looks at the total value of your order and can deny transactions if they exceed certain limits. Sometimes, reducing the value of your order can help obtain purchase approval from QuadPay.
Are there any fees associated with QuadPay?
There are no fees if you pay on time. QuadPay charges a $7 fee on any installment that is seven days overdue. If after 14 days the account is still past due, then an additional one-time $7 fee is charged. $14 is the maximum fee QuadPay will ever charge you for an individual order.
Can I add another payment card to my QuadPay account?
Yes, you can have as many cards on file as you’d like.

Can I pay off my QuadPay installments early?
Yes, just log in to QuadPay's Customer Portal and choose the order you wish to pay off early. You can access the portal at this link: https://zip.co/customer/account-selector.
What if I have trouble paying my QuadPay installments?
Notify QuadPay to avoid a late fee if your payment method is not up-to-date or if you can’t make your next payment. You may contact QuadPay by clicking here. Please note that QuadPay will determine whether or not a payment date change can be honored.
What if I lose or want to change my card of payment for an existing order?
If you need to change which card is used for future installments for an order, follow these steps to associate a different card with a given order. This will cause all future installments for that order to be billed against your new card.
- Log into the Customer Portal here: https://zip.co/customer/account-selector.
- Go to the Orders Page
- Click View Order for the order you would like to change
- Click Edit next to the payment card in the Order Details
- Find the card you’d like to use, and click “Use this Card” or “Add a new Card”
How do returns, refunds, and partial refunds work?
As soon as your return is fully processed and QuadPay is notified, you will be refunded the amount you’ve paid to-date and all future payments will be cancelled. In the event of a partial refund, scheduled installments are reduced/cancelled first, and then paid installments are refunded.
