What if my items/package are lost or damaged?

If your tracking link is not reflecting updates or has stalled midflight, we recommend waiting up to 3 days to allow the carrier to update their systems. If you have still not noticed any updates after 3 days, please submit a claim here.

 

If your package has been marked delivered but you do not see your package, we recommend waiting up to 3 days and checking with neighbors or gatekeepers, if applicable, to ensure this package wasn't mis-delivered. If you have still not received your package after 3 days, please submit a claim here.
